Your Expensive AC requires reqular care and servicing. Regular servicing of the air conditioner help to increase its longevity and helps to save electricity consumption. Smart Professionals inspect your AC unit, cleans it thoroughly, check gas pressure and defect to ensures smooth functioning of your air-condition.

  • Cooling of the AC depends on multiple factors such as quality of the gas-filled, age of the AC, pressure of the gas etc, and servicing alone does not guarantee improvement in the cooling.
  • Prices shown are labor charges only.
  • Maxcare provides a 30 day warranty on the service provided.
  • If any repair work is required, a quote will be given before proceeding.
  • We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider regarding a service booked through Maxcare. All warranty and service assurance in such cases stand null and void.
  • Consumables and parts (if used) will be charged extra.
  • Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.

  • Checking of Fan Motor, Cooling & Condenser Coils, Operating Pressure, Filter, Drain line, Electrical terminals
  • Air Blower will be used to remove dust & debris
  • We recommend low-pressure jet be used to clean indoor / outdoor units, as high-pressure jets may damage weak and ageing parts
  • Bird droppings will be cleaned from outdoor units when possible (for Split AC’s)
  • Lubrication of fan motor (if required)

However, service does not guarantee cooling as there may be repairs that may be necessary (additional charges may be applicable)
